We paid 2500$ for 9 days for four people, and the rooms were dirty and awful. They weren’t cleaned every day, and I had to keep calling reception just to ask for shampoo. Our linen wasn’t changed during the 7 days. The food was awful too. It was the same macaroni or eggplant every day, or salad made from whatever was left. No fruit or cakes at all. There was no entertainment either, so it was very boring. Ujasno, vapshe nikakix. This place isn’t a 4-star hotel, it’s less than 1 star. Nikogo ne rekomenduyu. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t spend your money here.

I flew from Lvov (LWO) to alanya gazipaza (GZP) for a solo 7-day stay in May 2014. Getting to the hotel took just 25 minutes, and the beach was only five minutes away. From my balcony I had a perfect view of both the sea and the mountains. The staff were helpful and professional, and my room was clean. The food was all right, while the rest of the stay was great. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

The trip from the airport takes about three hours. We arrived at night and were put in a room where the hairdryer didn’t work. They saw I had a child with me but didn’t even offer us water 🙉. There’s no entertainment for children, and the food was disgusting. There was no meat, let alone fish. We paid money for something we don’t understand 🤷🤣. Just a terrible hotel.

The sea is a five-minute walk away, but the beach is pebbly, covered in concrete, and has strong waves all year. I don’t think you’ll get to swim properly there, so I strongly advise against booking a trip here at any price. It could ruin your whole holiday. The hotel itself is old and moldy. The pool is dirty and barely more than a puddle, the shower stalls are broken, and the air conditioners don’t work. The one in our room actually caught fire. The food was mediocre and the service terrible.
