Arsi Hotel

The receptionist was such a sweet girl and the best. I’m sorry I forgot her name, since she seemed to be working most of the day. Thanks for everything, your lovely smiles made my holiday better.

There were seven of us, and after being scammed at our first hotel we urgently found this one online. They were full when we got there, but still helped us out by arranging stays at two different Arsi Group hotels. They sorted everything and did their best to make us happy. Mary, especially, we really appreciate you. You’re the one.

The service staff were all very good, but when something went wrong nobody seemed to care, and the reception staff answered us very disrespectfully. The welcome and cleanliness were terrible, and the food wasn’t good at all. It was hard to know what else to say, because the whole hotel seemed unclean and neglected. I didn’t find anything good about the place, and I hope the hotel staff will address all of this. There’s also a Turkish bath in the hotel. Don’t go there, it was terrible and they just take your money. They call this a four-star hotel, but I don’t think it deserves that. I hope people read these reviews before buying their tickets.

Mary, this is for you. Your welcome and your warm, sincere kindness helped our whole family forget how tired we were from travelling. You made our vacation wonderful, and you’re the hotel’s greatest asset. We’re already looking forward to seeing you next year.
