The meals had plenty of choice and were delicious, and our room was comfortable and clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They were so friendly, especially the ones who greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to help. I’ve just returned from a lovely vacation, and this hotel made it memorable. I’d happily recommend it for a relaxing getaway! 🌊☀️✨

The view was amazing, and the hotel is in a beautiful spot close to the beach. I stayed for almost a week with my family and had a really enjoyable time. There were lots of chances to grab something to eat, and the food was varied and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. When my father got sick, the business manager did what he could to help him. I enjoyed our stay here.

The food was tasty, simple, and varied, and the beach was clear and nice, though far too crowded. The snack bar food was awful. Our old, smelly, noisy air conditioning also kept us awake night after night. We spent two nights in the hospital with some kind of viral or unknown diarrhea. Guests are taken to and from the hospital every day, something no one mentions, so I’m adding a star because the staff helped immediately and seemed prepared to get medical care when needed. The room wasn’t cleaned once in three days, even though there was no “do not disturb” sign. The toilet was never cleaned, and the floor wasn’t mopped during those two or three days. The cleaner usually came in the morning when we happened to be there, but only asked what we wanted and never did anything on her own. She may have changed the blankets twice, but never the sheets. She was kind, though, and always offered water. One evening, a younger staff member gave us a ridiculous story: apparently the loudspeaker said not to go into the sea before noon 😂😂. He also said the cleaner hadn’t come because it was already September 3rd and the season was over, and that the hotel would close next year. I assume none of that was true. It made us feel like they thought guests were fools. I just wanted a simple apology for the inconvenience. Instead, we got finger-pointing and eye-rolling. Suddenly they “forgot” English and kept taking us for Russians 😂. They wouldn’t let us speak with a manager.

We spent most of our time away thanks to our rental car. Otherwise, the whole holiday would have been ruined. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and I strongly advise people not to book it. The hotel felt filthy and neglected. Our room was dirty, the bathroom was unhygienic, and the shower was in terrible shape. In the restaurant, you had to check every plate and glass because most were dirty. At the bar they’d top up a partly used dirty glass and serve it as if nothing was wrong. Disgusting. We ended up with severe food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea, which was the worst health problem you could imagine on holiday. The rules were absurd too. The shower gel dispenser in our room was broken, but reception said shower gel wasn’t included. Pool towels were available in the morning, then impossible to get after lunch. And a warning about the atmosphere: the hotel was FULL of russians. Only russians. In the evenings, groups sat on the terrace with bags of sunflower seeds, spitting into ashtrays. It felt more like moscow than a holiday resort. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.
