Azak Hotel

We’re having the best time of our lives here. For a three-star hotel, keep that in mind: it has the best location in all Alanya, right on the beach with the shopping center behind it. The food is great, the staff are the best, and the manager himself, Mr.Irfan, mixes with everyone and always has a genuine smile. Many thanks for making our vacation unforgettable. I hope to come back to a newly renovated hotel in the future, while the prices stay cheap. 😂🙏

The beds were stone hard, the Wi-Fi was bad, and the cleaning was poor. Sound from the hallway came straight through the super-thin doors, and I slept badly for all 14 nights. The standard was very poor. We tried breakfast on the first day, then skipped it for the next 13. We’d prepaid dinner too, but gave that a miss. The food seemed made only for locals, not tourists, and the eggs were seriously rotten. The evening and night reception staff didn’t seem interested in guests. They stared at their phones and never greeted us once. I even wondered if they saw us as “infidels??” The beach attendant was also very unhelpful. We used the hotel beach on day one, then spent the rest of our stay at the neighbouring hotel’s beach. We really wanted to change hotels, but prices everywhere were pretty rough at the time. Don’t try the “spa” in the basement. It was a bad joke, with sour towels and staff who seemed to have exactly zero experience or training as massage or spa workers. This is a very bad hotel, with very bad staff and beds. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never again. Don’t stay here unless you have to.

I went to Azak otel for the beach and decided to try a 20-minute back massage while I was there. I was very satisfied with how they worked. Everyone was kind and friendly, and they offer different services at reasonable prices, including a Turkish bath called ”Hamam” and several kinds of massage. Highly recommended.

I came across Azak Hotel while walking around Alanya and noticed its Turkish hamam. I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but they welcomed me warmly, so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. The 90-minute treatment was the best experience. It started with traditional peeling and a relaxing foam wash, then a soothing face mask and a full-body massage. Everything was done carefully and professionally. The women working at the hamam were skilled, attentive and absolutely lovely. Emin, the manager, was especially kind and explained each part clearly in English, which made the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re in Alanya and want a genuine, relaxing Turkish hamam, check out the one at Azak Hotel, even if you’re not a guest. Highly recommended!
