Dinner was 40 minutes late, and the way we were treated was awful. Staff spoke to us as if we understood nothing. I waited 45 minutes to see the manager, who was supposedly on a lunch break, only for him to suddenly go into a meeting. I stood there for nothing. When I finally got fed up and left, staff looked at each other and laughed at us. We also had a frustrating issue with my sister visiting. We asked to pay the difference for her to stay with us. First they wanted almost as much as booking a whole new room. Yesterday, they said we could sort it out the next day and pay the difference, but today they refused and demanded full payment again. No flexibility or willingness to work with us, just more charges. The place looks fancy in photos, but many things are broken, the quality is very low, and the whole hotel feels poorly maintained. There’s a lot of construction outside, with dust and dirt all around, which made the stay even more unpleasant. This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay away from this place.

The hotel was great and very clean, and the food was great too, though a bit repetitive. It was wheelchair friendly, and the beach is down a level with a lift to get there. The lift wasn't working while we were there.

A good spot for a family vacation, with friendly staff who are always ready to help and well-cleaned rooms. There’s plenty of food, entertainment, and places to swim or sunbathe, whether by the pools, on the beach, or out on the pier. The gym has 3 treadmills, dumbbells, several exercise machines, and elliptical trainers. There’s also an indoor pool and a sauna area.

We booked two side sea view rooms, but on arrival were told the hotel was overbooked and given just one room for four people. They promised another room the next day, but offered no compensation. The receptionist staff were rude, especially the manager Hakan, who smiled while telling us we'd get another room at night. We thought this was a high-class hotel, but it isn't worth the money. We contacted our representative in Turkey and our travel agent at home since we booked through an agency, but nothing came of it. Avoid staying here.
