The entertainment was basically just very loud music and vodka. Staff were rude and incompetent, though some employees did try their best without much success. They also charge for anything they can think of. Worst hotel ever.

The pools were clean, and the bar staff were very friendly. Even so, I would never come back, especially because two employees chose to act ignorant and arrogant instead of helping us. After the first two days, several people in our group started vomiting, feeling nauseous, and getting sick. My father’s symptoms were worse than everyone else’s, so he had to go to hospital, where they diagnosed food poisoning. When he got back, he told the woman at reception, who was extremely arrogant and didn’t speak English, and the head chef, or whoever seemed to be the head chef, since she didn’t introduce herself. They simply said they didn’t believe us. At least ten people had the same symptoms. Terrible staff and terrible help. The rooms were only clean when we left a tip. Under the beds there was at least two weeks’ worth of dirt. When we didn’t tip, we weren’t even given toilet paper. It was a very poor experience.

The room was clean, and the hotel and service were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, and both women at reception were kind. Communication wasn’t a problem. I didn’t get food poisoning, though I have no idea what people who did ate or drank. Honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. The hotel is okay.

Our week here was the best holiday yet. We stayed from 11th July to 18th July, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool area was nice, the grounds were beautiful and well kept, and the beach was a 3-minute walk away. The food was lovely, with something for everyone, and the bar staff were chatty and always smiling even in 40° heat. The entertainment is aimed mainly at Russian and Polish guests, but there were only a handful of English people there, so that made sense to me. It’s a nice family hotel and I couldn’t fault it. Don’t judge it by the bad reviews, people expect more for a cheap price. The staff work really hard to accommodate everyone, so don’t expect a Dubai-level stay for pennies. A holiday is what you make it.
