Citrus Plaza Hotel

We had such a good meal at Citrus Plaza, and Stefan was a big part of that. He welcomed us warmly, stayed attentive and professional, suggested great dishes, and kept our glasses filled. His friendly manner and care really stood out and made the stay memorable. Thanks, Stefan. We'll definitely come back.

Sefkan made our holiday even better. He greeted us with a smile every day, was kind and friendly, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was right for us. His positive attitude and professionalism made a real difference. We're grateful for all he did. Thank you, Sefkan!

The staff are super, super friendly and always ready to help. Food is always available at the buffet, and the poolside snacks are delicious. Our room was comfortable and kept clean. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend it!

The biggest issue for me was breakfast. One morning I was served boiled eggs with traces of feces on the shells, as if they hadn't been cleaned properly before cooking, and the eggs weren't fully cooked inside either. After eating them, I got food poisoning and a fever and had to go to the hospital. Most of the food was good, but this was unacceptable and overshadowed the good parts of the stay. Management needs to improve kitchen hygiene and food preparation so guests aren't put at risk over breakfast. There were positives. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the manager handled guests professionally. The location was excellent, with lots of shops nearby. The rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable and in line with a four-star standard. The pools were well maintained and there was plenty of room to sunbathe. At the sea, there were sunbeds and a lifeguard on duty, which made it feel safer.
