Clover Magic Park Beach Alanya

Yusuf and Timur were the best entertainers, really polite and great at making us laugh and dance. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and Geylani and samet at the pool bar did their best with the cocktails. Our room was cleaned daily. We did have things we wanted to complain about, and the pool definitely needs upgrading, but for what we paid we still had a good holiday. We stayed four nights at clover magic park as a couple. Before coming, I was worried by the reviews, but we decided to take a chance. We’d booked a Seaview room and got a corner room with barely enough space for two. It was clean, although the towels and linens were very old. Food was much the same day after day. I like fish, so I ate it most of the time. Breakfast was moderate with few options, lunch was decent, and the daytime snacks weren’t bad. The sweets and desserts really need improvement, as it was the same thing each day. We were lucky to be there for bayram and get baklavas. When I asked the hotel which bus station was close, they told me manavgat, but that’s 45 minutes away. Alanya is closer, about 20 minutes.

We’re here on holiday now and feel so upset and disappointed. The waterside doesn’t work, there’s no entertainment, and some of the staff are rude. This was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime, and we were assured when we booked that it was wonderful here. We tried to raise our concerns with our rep, but he said he couldn’t help and was very rude. We also contacted the booking company to report the issues and haven’t had a reply.

The spa and massage lounge deserves a diamond, not just stars. Service is diamond level, always with a smile. The staff are excellent and very professional. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you.

We spent five days here and didn’t have any problems. The staff are lovely and genuinely try to help with any issues. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby; if you’re staying longer, you can buy it at reception. It’s stable enough for basic browsing. The beach is nice and not too crowded, but watch out for the waves if you’re not a strong swimmer.
