Concordia Celes Hotel

The reception staff were dismissive and impatient when I had questions or concerns. They were rude and unhelpful, and basic courtesy was missing, which made an already disappointing stay more stressful. The rooms may look fine at first, but the construction is poor, with no proper insulation around the doors or room edges. I could hear hallway conversations, footsteps, and doors closing as if they were inside my room, at all hours. Relaxing or getting a decent night's sleep was impossible. The food was terrible: very little variety, poor quality, and it seemed like little effort went into preparing it. Meals became something to dread and spoiled part of the holiday. With the food, the rooms, and the staff all being so disappointing, I can’t recommend this hotel. There are plenty of better choices, so I’d avoid it.

The animation team kept everyone busy with daily activities, games, and spectacular evening shows. Never a dull moment, and the service was flawless, with real attention to detail. The concept mixes modern design and nature, with spacious rooms, a stunning pool area, and luxurious spa facilities. The food was incredible too, with varied buffets, fresh seafood, gourmet dishes, and delicious desserts. The themed dinners were a highlight. I’d definitely return.

The air conditioning in our room leaked and still wasn’t repaired after we reported it several times. On the third day I got food poisoning, and other guests did too during their stays. The menu listed plenty of dishes, but there was very little meat and it disappeared quickly. Reception staff were rude and couldn’t speak English. They also seemed to give Russian guests priority. The hotel’s standard and facilities are nowhere near those of the five-star hotel it claims to be.

We left after just one night and moved to another property because staying there was impossible. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, nowhere near the advertised five-star standard. The man at reception was extremely rude and dismissive, and staff didn’t care about our complaints. It seemed to cater mostly to Russians, while individual guests were treated badly. I have photos of the awful state of the rooms and facilities. Save your money and choose somewhere else. This hotel isn’t worth it.
