Diamore Hotel

After our original honeymoon fell through, we wound up here. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and I’d be happy to come back. The chef was my favourite. Even with the language barrier, we tried to communicate, and the local food was amazing. Breakfast did get repetitive, though. This is a good option if you want a basic, clean hotel in a good location. If you expect a full English breakfast every morning or chips with every meal, it won’t be for you. McDonald’s is right across the street.

The hotel is in a quiet area, not crowded, with drugstores and shops nearby. You can reach different beaches on foot or by bus or taxi. The pool was nice and clean, and meals were served on time. The food was okay for a 3-star hotel, and our room was clean with towels and shampoo provided. The air conditioning worked okay, and when we found an issue with the balcony door, it was fixed straight away. We arrived after lunch had ended, but they still gave us food. The staff were friendly and hospitable.

Gulhan at reception and Mustafa at the bar deserve a special mention. Their jokes cheered us up every day, and the staff in general were very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is clean and nice, right in the centre with activities close by. Our room had a fridge and air conditioning that really froze. I left my glasses behind twice, and found them where I’d left them the first time and with the receptionist the second. The food was good, and I’d give the hotel and staff 10 stars.

The hotel was very clean, and I enjoyed the pool area. Most staff were nice, especially Mustafa, who was always friendly and helpful. The food was cold and not great, and the all-inclusive drinks were limited to beer or wine with little choice. The two managers sat watching everyone all day and night, which made things uncomfortable. Without those issues, I might stay again.
