A calm, pleasant atmosphere, with polite and nice people all around. The staff were attentive and the hotel was very clean. There were no Russians, which meant you could have a nice, peaceful rest. The food was good too. A fair 3+ stars, and I recommend staying here. Tanya and Alex, Kyiv/Ukraine

We came back for a second year and had another great stay. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and linens, and the cleaners were very thorough. The waitstaff were all friendly and kind, and I got to like them quickly 🙂. The food was very good and varied. The DJ played good music every day and evening 🙂. The only small problem for my sister and me was the persistent animator. He was a bad choice for this great hotel. I'm sad writing this because I want to go back. See you soon.

If you're young and want to feel free, don't come here. We had an issue with the hotel crew every day. For example, they said we couldn't sit by the pool after midnight.
