Floria Beach Hotel

We had a lovely stay at Floria Beach, and the location worked well for us outside central Alanya. It's about a 40-minute walk along the beach or a 7-minute drive, with a taxi costing around €5. The rest of the staff were amazing, and we had a great time. The one bad day came after dinner, when we got food poisoning. When we told reception, the girl there seemed careless and said it couldn't be the food because she ate it too, even though we explained we'd eaten nowhere else. We had to ask for something to ease the discomfort, and she gave us a tablet without saying what it was. That's why I gave service three stars.

The food was amazing, with lots to choose from and a grill every day. We were all inclusive and may have put on weight! The hotel was very clean, our room got cleaned daily, and the staff were lovely and always helpful. The beach is right in front, with free sunbeds. Its location is close enough to the center without being too near, and the motorway in front didn't bother us because our room faced the sea. Most guests were adults, around 90%, and there's not much for children, so couples can enjoy a peaceful stay. There was entertainment some evenings too. If you want sun, beach, and a relaxing holiday, we highly recommend it. Love, Minna and Rob.

Our room had a breathtaking sea view, and it was modern, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping came often and did a high standard of work. The beach was spotless and better than at other nearby hotels, with plenty of sunbeds, and there's a gym for anyone wanting to stay active. The hotel sits in a quieter area, which suited us perfectly. We loved the location right by the sea, especially having meals with the view and fresh breeze. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and evenings had good music and relaxed parties. Guests were calm and respectful, with no noise or chaos. No wristbands either, which made things feel more relaxed and home-like. We arrived early in the morning, tired from an overnight trip, and getting a room before check-in was a real lifesaver. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay at Floria Beach Hotel in Alanya and will definitely come back. We'd wholeheartedly recommend it for a peaceful holiday with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. 💙

We didn't get close to our money's worth, and by now you can probably tell I'm frustrated. The pool is small, with about a dozen sunbeds. Three families had them taken by 6 AM, even though signs clearly say not to reserve beds with towels. The beach was another issue. The sand was fine, but the entry into the sea was rocky, and the waves made it impossible for us to get in. We had to walk to the main beach instead. The towels were tiny and didn't cover the sunbeds, and changing them cost €1 each time, which was every day. I'd never seen that before. The room was too small to open two medium suitcases at once. There was only one very small closed closet, and its only shelf was taken up by the safe. The bathroom was fine. Two people could barely stand on the balcony, and the view faced the next room just 4m away, so it wasn't worth much.
