The rooms and hotel grounds were clean, the rooms were tidy and cleaned every day, and the food was very good. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the waiter Dias, who was professional, always smiling and gave excellent service. He speaks Polish, which he taught himself, as well as many other languages. I highly recommend the hotel!

I had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was spacious, clean and had all the essentials, with a cozy bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there was a good selection at the on-site restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. It felt like good value for money and a great option whether you're travelling for work or leisure.

A few people mention the rooms can be small, though they still describe them as cozy and spotless. Guests also point to the convenient location, usually near transport and major attractions, plus extras like free breakfast, Wi-Fi and premium toiletries. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Reviews often say the hotel exceeded expectations for hospitality and cleanliness. It's a reliable, comfortable option for a leisure or business trip.

The food was outstanding, and the chef deserves a big round of applause. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean. It could use a little renovation, but everything else more than makes up for those small inconveniences. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel looks nice overall, and the food tasted good, but during my last dinner I ate something that wasn't fresh. I had serious stomach problems and a fever afterward. It completely changed how I felt about the resort. At a 5-star hotel, I want to feel safe from things like the food, but that wasn't my experience.
