Granada Luxury Red Adult Only

The beach was a real problem: it is small, has huge stones, and I cut my foot twice in the water. There is no pier, and the beach bars only run from 10 AM to 5 PM even though people stay on the beach until 8 PM. We wanted to keep our room until 9 PM, but the charge was €10 an hour, or €90 from noon, which was far too much. We arrived at 6 in the morning and weren't given a room until 1 PM. On departure day, they made us leave by noon even though our airport transport wasn't until 10 PM. After checkout, we couldn't sit on the sofas or even have a drink, despite having paid for 6 nights and 7 days. It was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Granada Red Hotel (Adults Only) is beautiful, and the waiters do their jobs well. But the management, rooms, and accommodation were very bad. I understand they want to earn money from tourists, but this treatment isn't acceptable.

The beach was uncomfortable, with stones that bruised our legs, and the food was limited and heavily Turkish in style, so there weren't many alternatives for anyone who doesn't enjoy that cuisine. We also found hair in the food. The drinks were low quality and badly made, and used cups and bottles were tossed into the sand beside the lounge areas. It didn't feel like an ultra all inclusive hotel. On our last day, after checkout at noon, we weren't allowed to sit on the lobby sofas even though our flight wasn't until 10 PM. We could only get coffee and tea at the bar station. The bars also open late and close early, which is inconvenient if you want a drink in the day or evening. The staff often acted like guests, openly smoking and drinking, and were especially rude and unprofessional on our last day. We chose Granada Luxury Red for its modern appearance and promise of a 5-star stay. It is new and looks attractive, but the service, food, and drinks fell short of that. The lack of respect and poor standards made the trip far from relaxing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a well-managed, comfortable holiday.

The buffet had a huge range of high-quality food, and we never went hungry. There was an outdoor snack bar during the day, a pool bar by the beach with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus a lobby bar and café with a patisserie, lots of coffees, and a different cake selection each day. The DJ and daily pool activities kept things lively, and there was a party every evening. The hotel also has a spa and wellness area, fitness center, and a Rojo Club open 24/7, alongside six floors of guest rooms. We arrived late at night and were warmly greeted at the gate by bellboy Mehmet and the receptionist, who gave us a fantastic room. It had excellent amenities, especially the jacuzzi right in the room. We also want to thank the founder, Haci Osman Üçdan, for creating such a wonderful adults-only hotel. Several people made our stay more enjoyable. Meryem greeted us with a smile each day and always tried to make everything perfect. Guest relations manager Yuksel granted all our wishes. The smiling waitstaff Tüdanya, Ruse, Sinan, Ayse, and Harun served us professionally and treated guests very well. Restaurant manager Eda ran things flawlessly, and restaurant captain Alican was simply perfect. Our favorite bartenders were Casanova Ali Osman and the young, promising Mert. Hulya kept our sheets spotless and our room comfortable every day. Animators Yunus and Nazim looked after our safety and made sure we felt at ease while keeping the nightlife fun. It was an unforgettable stay at an amazing hotel with no competition. Thank you!! ❤️ Kristína & Karina

We'd happily return to Granada Luxury Belek – Red. The resort has a lively, energetic feel, with beautiful design, great food, and excellent service. It worked well for relaxing and having fun.
