My stay was deeply disappointing. Adidas kids’ sneakers went missing from my room. After looking at camera footage, the hotel said a staff member had thrown them away as trash. That’s hard to accept when they were new, clean, and clearly not rubbish. They asked me for the receipt to reimburse me; I sent it, but no compensation ever came, and they stopped answering my emails. The poor communication and lack of accountability are troubling. The item wasn’t expensive, but if this can happen, it makes me wonder about money or important documents. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

A mouse in the room is a serious hygiene problem. Staff wouldn’t take responsibility or suggest any solution. That’s completely unacceptable, and the guest service was a total failure. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast was disappointing: there wasn’t much choice, the dining area wasn’t clean and had houseflies, and the food wasn’t properly labeled. Our room also had no blankets on the first night. Reception initially told us blankets weren’t provided, but housekeeping later said it had been an oversight.

The room looks nice, but the basics didn’t work. The AC switched itself off every three hours, the shower water drained poorly, and one bed had no comforter. When we asked, staff said they didn’t have one. Breakfast food was all stale. Worst hotel experience ever.
