The location made getting around Istanbul really easy, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping did a great job. Omer was especially kind and helpful, as was the rest of the friendly staff. We had a great stay at Golden Royal Hotel and appreciate everything you did for us. I’d happily recommend it.

The staff were professional, helpful, and so friendly. We had exactly the room we needed for a city break, and the hotel is only a two-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. We’ve just checked out after three nights and had a lovely stay.

What made the stay for me was the people. Simone was friendly and helpful, and gave us great guidance about the hotel’s services and the area around it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was very good, and there’s an affordable supermarket right across the street with pretty much anything you might need. The location is very good too. Good service really comes down to the people providing it.

Ersin deserves a special mention for his great service, and Ali and Gul helped put together a delicious breakfast. The staff were wonderfully hospitable, always ready to help and share good recommendations for things to do nearby. I stayed for five days and had a great time. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and being so central made it easy to get to the main attractions.

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They were warm, kind, and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed something, and you could tell they cared about making the stay a good one. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely decor, and everything was well looked after. After time out in the city, it was a nice place to return to. We also enjoyed the clean, relaxing spa as a chance to recharge. We really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
