I’d been nervous because of the mixed reviews, but my stay went perfectly. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel worked really well for recovering after my rhinoplasty surgery. The room was clean and maintained, and a cleaner came every morning. Breakfast was okay. The only reason I took off a star was that the room felt cramped for two people. I was impressed.

I’d tried to book here before, but it was always full. This time I finally found a room for two, and now I see why it’s so popular. It’s in a very good area, and the staff are polite, educated, and very helpful. The hotel and comfortable rooms are clean, and breakfast is fresh and plentiful. 10/10.

Nice place with good breakfast ♡ The location is near the metro but far from the city centre. There are food places and shops around the hotel.

My stay felt special thanks to Anes. He’s a wonderful person who was there to support me throughout, and helped make the visit unforgettable.

Back for my second stay, and I’d say it’s a solid hotel. The staff are great and the metro is very close. Rooms are comfortable, though on the small side, and breakfast does the job without being anything memorable.
