The spot is right by the Tram T1 Sirkeci station and Tram T6 Sirkeci station, which is also an entrance to Marmaray. Eminonu piers are an easy walk for ferries to the Asian side and the Bosphorus Tour. It was handy to take a short break at the hotel in the afternoon, then go back out until night. Lots of restaurants, food stalls, shops, and ATMs are nearby. The Sirkeci bustle does make it a bit noisy. We stayed eight nights, from 4th May to 12th May 2025, in the Deluxe Corner Suite, a corner Sea View room. The view of Galata Port, first Bosphorus Bridge, and Uskudar was nice. The shower had good hot water, the bathroom floor was warm, and the air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating. WiFi went up and down sometimes, but it wasn't much of an issue since we had a travel modem. The TV had few channels in English. Mado restaurant downstairs gives a 20% discount, and we had a nice Turkish Breakfast there once.

We had no problems during our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and quick to help whenever we needed something. Requests were handled promptly, and the service was excellent. Public transport is right beside the hotel, making it very convenient. It also felt safe and comfortable for families. I highly recommend it.

It's a lovely hotel, and the rooms look just like the photos. Housekeeping did their work properly and were very helpful, and the person at breakfast and the receptionist were hospitable. The location is great if you want to explore Istanbul on foot, which I really suggest, since the city is always busy with cars and driving or taking a taxi can waste time.

The hospitality was the best part of our stay. Whatever we needed, the staff provided with a smile and made everything pleasant. The rooms were very nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a great location. I'd recommend it to everyone!

Location was a 10/10, and the room suited us well. Daily cleaning was also a perfect 10, while breakfast was good, maybe a 7/10. My only discomfort was having to enter my room through MADO, especially late at night or very early in the morning. Thanks, Samira.
