There was a noticeable police presence around the hotel, which made us feel less comfortable, not reassured. At night, loud noises came from several rooms for hours, making it hard to rest and uncomfortable for families with children, who shouldn’t have to hear that. The atmosphere didn’t feel calm or suitable for everyone, especially families or anyone looking for a peaceful stay. It may work for certain visitors, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children.

Everything is close by, including the bus to IST airport, so we’re definitely coming back. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. The rooms were very clean, and the lobby was beautiful and quiet. Thanks to the staff who checked us out, Cansu and Ilker.

I was assaulted in the elevator by a man carrying a sharp object. It was one of the most terrifying moments of my life, and the hotel felt unsafe, with suspicious people frequently coming and going. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I strongly advise against staying here.

The reception staff were so helpful and always smiling. My stay was extremely good, the rooms were very clean, and the furniture was in good condition.

My one issue was that smoking is allowed in the rooms, so I could smell smoke even after they’d been cleaned. Otherwise, the room had plenty of space and was well equipped: a big closet, kettle, cups and glasses, plus a welcome bundle with water, tea, Nescafe, two disposable toothbrushes and slippers. There was also a plate and spoons, and I liked the liquid soap and lotion.
