The staff were kind and helpful, but the place itself was a disaster. The listing was misleading, it called this an Airbnb and the photos were completely different from what we actually got.

The rooms are 3-star, but the hostess was helpful. When the credit card payment through the online booking site failed at the airport, I contacted her and she confirmed our reservation. She also offered airport delivery and accepted post packages for us. The location is near plenty of cafes, Galata Tower, Istiklal street and Taksin square.

It's quiet, maybe the only really quiet place near Galata tower. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It wasn't luxurious, but it was cozy. There was also an extra air fan with filters and a humidifier function, which was nice, and some books in the main hall.

We stayed at Allegra Suites for a week, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible whenever we needed something. The location is central, with shops and restaurants nearby, and our room was clean. I enjoyed the stay and would choose it again when I return to Istanbul.
