We booked a superior room and were glad we did. It was nicely renovated and very clean, including the bathroom. The standard rooms are very small and may not have a window. The building is old, so the walls are thin, and the shower temperature kept changing. Still, the service was kind, breakfast was a generous Turkish spread, and check-in is available around the clock. It’s a small family hotel with restaurants just around the corner, a metro station 150 m away, and the old city’s main sights within walking distance. I’d recommend it overall.

The only real plus for us was being close to some attractions. The hotel is on a cobbled street lined with restaurants, and loud music went on until midnight. The half-board meals we paid for were limited, with very small portions. For the price, the service didn’t feel worth it, and the rooms were dated and dull. Even shifting on the bed made it creak. The narrow spiral stairs were also a struggle to climb. We stayed three nights with our family and wouldn’t recommend it for kids.

The staff made all the difference. They were so helpful and accommodating, and on departure day they let us use our room after checkout while we waited for our taxi to the airport. That was a thoughtful touch and made leaving much more comfortable and stress-free. Our room was immaculate and the service was excellent. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel team were so friendly, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. I’d recommend staying here, you won’t go wrong 😊
