Kids were playing in the pool, and the place had a nice atmosphere, without being too big. It's a small-scale, genuinely Turkish hotel with delicious food and great people. Guests came from different countries, and I'd stay here again.

Supercenter was a wonderful place, with beautiful service and very good hygiene. I invite everybody to go. One guy, Recep, may win a medical massage. He fixed my problem, and he's a very good, kind boy.

The food and friendly, high-level service go together really nicely here. The taste and presentation made me feel a little bit like I was in Europe. Anyone who's lived in Alanya for years knows the karizma of this place. Bravo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The hotel gets busy, with loads of noisy kids. The pool is always overcrowded, and people smoke in the water, leaving a disgusting cigarette smell, especially unpleasant with so many children swimming. If you want a peaceful stay, this isn't the place. The staff, on the other hand, are extremely friendly, and the location is decent, with a mall behind the hotel. There's a Carrefour grocery store and a good food court there. Bazaars are 15-20 minutes away by bus, which costs 28TL with a card or 30TL cash per person. The air conditioner worked well for me despite reviews saying otherwise; the room got cold after 30-45 minutes.

I've stayed in lots of different hotels in Alanya, and this one stood out for its high level of cleanliness. I liked it very much. Thanks to the staff, especially receptionist Mr. Ozgur.
