Grand Kolibri Prestige SPA

The indoor pool had so much chlorine that my eyes were in tears for a few hours after I used it. The animation team was nice, and the hotel itself was clean and looked after. But the bathroom was dated, more like a 2-star standard, and the food selection was very poor. They shouldn't call this Ultra all inclusive. We had an a la cartel dinner, and a few other couples left every plate full because it was really bad. Only local alcoholic drinks were available. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Our vacation was amazing, and we loved this hotel! The rooms were clean, staff friendly, and the animation team was the best. Elmira was our favourite animator. We came with fruends, and thank you for everything 💋❤️

The only downside for me was the rocky way into the sea. Otherwise, I was really pleased with Grand Kolibri. Before the trip, I'd heard good things from people, and I agree after staying there. The staff were helpful and could offer advice or help find solutions to problems. There were interesting shows every day, and I especially want to praise the animators. They did a great job, spoke lots of languages, and made the holiday even better. There were lots of daytime activities, and the hotel suits families with kids as well as young people. The food tasted good, much like what you'd find at other hotels. Having stayed at a few hotels in Turkey, I can confidently say this is one of the best for the price and quality. I recommend it.

My daughter and I got such bad food poisoning that we had to go to the emergency room. The food was poisoning. We were also told, when we arrived, that dinner had already finished, and the free ice cream was available for only 1 hour a day and was poor quality. The soup was another awful surprise: I'd never imagined anyone would make rice milk soup with basil and mint. Do yourself a favour and skip this resort.
