10/10
Mehmet at reception was professional, friendly, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. Ms. Amanda's warm presence and attentive leadership could be felt throughout Grand Okan Hotel. Our check-in was smooth, and we were grateful for a gracious late check-out that let us enjoy our final hours without rushing. The room was quiet, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. Service was seamless, the spaces were clean, and the team seemed to genuinely care about guests. It felt like the good management showed in the details. We left rested and valued, already planning a return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and Turkish hospitality.

We had a lovely time with family and friends. The room was very clean, and the food was excellent. Just be careful with allergies, as nothing was labelled and there were nuts in lots of dishes. The hotel is close to both the beach and the main town.

6/10
The room was clean and pleasant, with a lovely sea view, and the staff were friendly. We were also right by the beach and not far from the center. Food was fine, though nothing stood out, and there were no labels by the dishes or drinks at dinner, not even water. One more thing, a bar with live music sits just behind the hotel, so nights may not be quiet.

It felt like an easy, peaceful place to stay, without any chaos. We enjoyed how close the beach was, and the pool was adequate too. The room was tidy and clean, the food was satisfactory, and we really liked the Turkish night. Staff were helpful, attentive to service, and respectful. The location is ideal for the things to do in Alanya.

Breakfast and dinner had enough variety, and the rooms were tidy. The cleaning staff were very helpful. It’s a clean hotel right in the center, with shops and restaurants nearby and the beach about a three-minute walk away. I did miss a warmer touch from staff, like a hello or goodbye or a quick check that everything was okay. I’d had that even at bigger hotels. Still, I’d recommend it. The cat in the picture was a nice bonus 😊
