Haydarpasha Palace

The spa was a real highlight for us, with a relaxing atmosphere and skilled therapists. Service across the hotel was top quality. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile, and the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless and immaculate every day. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. We had an exceptional stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The kids' club made our stay memorable. Mamii, John, Ozzy, and Tunco were warm, welcoming, and full of energy. They made the kids feel included and happy each day. The atmosphere around the resort was lovely and relaxing, and the facilities were well kept. The food was disappointing, though, and the kitchen staff came across as rude at times, which took away from meals. If the food and kitchen service improved, the hotel would be close to perfect. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay.

The boutique owner and staff made a strong impression on me. I had assumed the shop would be expensive because it was inside the hotel, but the stylish, high-quality bags and clothes were competitively priced compared with shops outside. They were sincere and focused on helping me find what suited me, not just making a sale. It's a practical way to find something elegant during your stay. Haydarpaşa gave our family a wonderful holiday. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the amenities had what we needed. The staff were friendly and the service was high quality. The animation team had great energy and genuinely cared for our children. I highly recommend the hotel.

The morning receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, and also speaks Arabic. The resort's reception service was excellent. The food was especially good. The buffet changed every day, with a wide variety of dishes and outstanding presentation. A special thanks to Chef Sous, who was there every day making sure everything was just right.
