Huma Park Otel

The only good part was Mohammed and Hudaifa, who tried everything to help. The quadruple rooms for four people were especially bad. There were no services, the power went out, and there was no warm water to shower. The rooms weren’t clean and were full of insects, and the towels were dirty. The bathroom had no window or extractor, and there was no sound insulation. Breakfast was extremely basic. This is the worst hotel you’ll see, don’t reserve here and waste your money.

A quiet, peaceful place near the city center, where you can feel happy. It’s a wonderful spot for you and your family.

The staff were friendly, and Mohammed and Hakim deserve two stars on their own for excellent service. The hotel owner’s son and the marketer were arrogant, though. Prices are high for what you get. Breakfast was very average, rooms were small, hot water kept cutting out, and the electricity went off twice. There’s no parking, the street outside is narrow, and the hotel has practically no facilities. There’s no soundproofing, so noise is everywhere, and the location feels eerie at night.

Mohammed and Hudhaifa provided excellent service, and I wish they could work somewhere else. The hotel itself had no comfort, cleanliness, privacy, or soundproofing. I couldn’t sleep because of the plane noise, since it’s close to the airport. The bathroom felt like decoration, with no window, ventilation, or hot water. The prices are exorbitant. I advise against booking here when there are many better hotels around. Please, I’m giving it two stars for Mohammed and Hudhaifa.
