The location was far from the city center, and the room itself wasn't good. There was a stair inside it, and I hit my head when I bent down to get water from the refrigerator. I asked for extra pillows but still hadn't received them. The place was clean, and breakfast was good for the price.

What stood out most was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and willing to do extra to make my stay enjoyable. One guy in particular was patient and really helped me sort out a problem I couldn't have resolved on my own. My room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel for its service and amenities. Five stars from me.

A pleasant, simple place for a night or two on a long trip. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is fine. It’s good value for the price, with nothing especially remarkable. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, though the ones on the other side should be fine.

For the money, this is the best I've had. I stayed in room 411 and, even though I'm usually fussy, I felt at home. They're real professionals. I wish every hotel offered this much for the price. The word "Turkish" in the name feels fitting, these people love Turkey!

The staff were so friendly and kind, and I liked the hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Thanks to everyone who prepares and serves the guests, especially Mr. Karam for his help.
