Getting into the building with a security code felt reassuring. The apartment itself is spacious, new, and clean, with lovely, luxurious furniture and attention to detail. The service was excellent, and it’s near plenty of shops and restaurants. Mr. Fatih was friendly and helpful. Thanks to him.

Fatih, the manager, is genuinely respectful and classy. He listens to comments and deals with them quickly. The place is nice and close to the airport, with clean furniture and bathrooms that have bidets. There’s also an elevator for the upper-floor apartments.

We found the reception staff very helpful and willing to assist with everything. The apartments are roomy, spotless, and modern, and the quiet atmosphere made it feel like home. Its central location is convenient, with the airport close by. I’d gladly recommend it.

Mr. Fatih was always available to help and treated us with great politeness and refinement. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and its location made it easy to get around the city’s main areas. I highly recommend staying here and would return, God willing.

We had no trouble getting around, thanks to the hotel’s location near central Trabzon and its historic sights. Many thanks to the whole staff for being so attentive, especially Ms. Tuğba.
