I booked three days at MELL City Hotel by mistake, though I only stayed for two. They refunded every penny without me even asking, despite the hotel’s non-refundable policy. The staff were helpful and genuine, and the service, location, and hospitality all made for a wonderful experience. 🏨

The people were genuinely nice and helpful, and valet parking was available. Our room was clean, new, and furnished in a modern style. We had a very pleasant stay in a nice location. If you’re going to Trabzon, I’d book here without a second thought.

Breakfast is served at another hotel, which is the one drawback. The hotel itself was clean, the room was good, and the staff were kind and friendly. It’s well placed in the middle of Trabzon, near the airport and many popular destinations. All in all, I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking in that area.

Right in the heart of meydan, with shops and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was amazing. The manager is a great man, and the reception staff, especially Ali, were so helpful. Highly recommended.

You have to hand your car to the valet, since there’s no option to park it yourself. Breakfast is at another hotel, about a five-minute walk away. Also, there are 5-6 stairs at this hotel’s entrance, which isn’t good for older people.
