The rooms were good, though I didn’t try the service. Getting to a store meant driving quite a distance, and I didn’t care for the location. The douche wasn’t great either.

There’s plenty of space, and the apartment was clean. It had a nice sea veiw, with everything available inside.

The neighborhood is quiet and away from the bustle, with services and restaurants readily available nearby. It’s a good spot for Arab tourists, since locals are familiar with them and comfortable around them. The location is in Seran Tepe Towers, slightly elevated, with parking. The popular 101 Supermarket is about 150 meters away, and Kaşısto neighborhood center, main Yomra Street, and Cevahir Mall in Kaşısto are close too. Trabzon International and Domestic Airports are around 7-10 minutes away. The main road nearby leads to Arsin, Araklı, Sürmene, Of, Uzungöl, and Ayder.

Google Maps took me to a building under construction, and a worker there said there were no hotel apartments at that location. I didn’t have time to search around, so I rented somewhere else. The map location seems wrong, so anyone heading to these apartments should take care to confirm how to get there.
