What stood out most to us was how clean the bed and bathroom were, and both were very well maintained. The room itself was spotless and looked after, and the whole hotel was clean with a lovely atmosphere. Whenever we asked for something, it was brought to our room within minutes. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a truly wonderful stay.

We stayed three nights on a leisure trip in a junior suite with a sea view. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is right across from the corniche, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, so exploring the area was easy. The amenities were well maintained and made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were warm and ready to help, and communication was easy even though we don't speak Turkish. It was a fantastic experience, and we'd happily recommend it.

The breakfast buffet at Panagia Premier Trabzon was amazing, with lots of choices. We had a great stay too. Our room was large and very clean, the staff were always smiling, and you could tell they'd thought through every detail. A really good experience.

We found out on arrival that the pool, spa, and gym the hotel advertised were all out of service. We left before our planned stay was over because of it, and the establishment offered no compensation or gesture. Very disappointing. We won't return.
