The staff are what made this hotel stand out for me. They were incredibly kind and helpful, from making Turkish phone calls since I don't speak Turkish to helping repair my motorcycle and looking for the parts I needed. They kept offering coffee and tea, and when the internet went down once, they let me use their own phones as a hotspot. Professionals got the outage fixed very quickly, too. My room was modern, spotless, and at a comfortable temperature, with a lovely sea view. Even the bathroom floor tiles were heated. Seeing the photos, I suspect the place may have been renovated, which might explain the negative reviews. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Turkey so far. I can definitely recommend it.

We checked in around 5 PM on May 29th, 2026, as two couples, and left wishing we'd booked somewhere else. We ride motorcycles to see new places, and my wife reserved through Obilet without checking the reviews because she worried we might not find a room. She shouldn't have. Outside the hotel, which is called GÜLENYÜZLER (Smiling Faces), a man with a very stern expression and a harsh, scolding manner told us to park our huge bikes perpendicular to the road, leaving space for other vehicles. Anyone who's seen that narrow road knows a BMW GS 1250 can't safely be parked that way. Someone would hit it. We eventually worked something out. Then they gave us rooms 602 and 603. We thought we were going up, but were told the rooms were on the floor below. We just said okay to avoid an argument. The toilet smell hit us as soon as we entered. They seem to have converted a storage room into guest accommodation, with a terrible layout. We stay in at least 50 hotels a year, and this was the first time we went up to the lobby instead of down to it. Jokes aside, it was a dreadful stay. If you can, book another hotel.

The breakfast plate was enough, though the listing's mention of a buffet gives the wrong impression. Room 403, on the other hand, had a lovely view.
