Ufuk Apart Pansiyon

I only stayed one night, but since I also rely on reviews when choosing where to stay, I wanted to share my experience. Arriving at night, the place looked deserted and I hesitated a bit. The staff might seem unfriendly at first, but they really weren’t. The room and bathroom were very clean, and breakfast was fresh and quite good. I’d expected to eat in the basement, but instead had breakfast in their flower-filled garden overlooking the sea. They even brought warm milk for my child without us asking, which was a thoughtful touch. I was very satisfied.

At Ufuk Apart Pansiyon, the owners were so hospitable and friendly that we felt at home. Our room was neat and clean, and had everything we needed. We were very pleased with the stay, and will definitely come back when we return to Trabzon. I highly recommend it.

They were pleasant at first, but their attitude changed and they yelled at us. They’d written the reservation number incorrectly, then said they were canceling the booking and wanted the deposit counted as part of the room price. This is a very unpleasant and rude company. I absolutely wouldn’t rent from them.
