The hotel was comfortable, clean and well organized, which made for a relaxing stay. Food was fresh, delicious and varied every day, with clear attention to quality and detail. Shapagat was especially kind, attentive and caring. Her warm smile and positive attitude made our experience even better. Truly outstanding service.

We came from Ireland as a group of eight to play golf, and the week had fantastic weather. Kaya Belek was a perfect choice, especially because of the service from the staff. Shapagat in Guest Relations was wonderful, as were Efsan and Yasemin as waitresses, and Fatma, who cleaned our room. The restaurant food was exceptional, and every staff member was extremely helpful. Well done to everyone at Kaya, Belek.

Great value for money, and my seven friends and I loved our stay at Kaya Belek. The nightly entertainment was excellent for unwinding after a hard day of golf. Staff across Customer Relations, the bars, restaurants, waiting staff and housekeeping all gave first class service throughout. Special thanks to Customer Relations' Shapagat for making us welcome, and to Efsan and Yasemin for bringing us drink after drink and looking after us so attentively during the whole stay. I can't recommend Kaya Belek enough.

We moved here from another hotel for 4 nights with my wife and 2 little girls. We weren't sure at first whether we'd made the right choice, but the beautiful, very clean hotel quickly convinced us we had. Each day was better than the last, especially for the kids, who loved the entertainment team and kids club. Even at the end of December in the off season, the activities for kids and adults were brilliant. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing, with a comfortable, warm temperature. Big thanks to Hilal, Ece and Barfine for looking after my girls and helping them feel at ease. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was good quality, tasty and offered many choices throughout the day. The night snack was the only letdown, with a very basic selection that could use more options. I'll definitely put this hotel on my list for summer. Many thanks.

I was here for the AquaCulture conference and found the hotel very nice, with very clean rooms. Every staff member was welcoming and kind. The lady at guest relations was attentive and hospitable from my first day through to the end. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.
