VIP Suit Apart Sinop

The location is the only good thing about this place. We booked a 2+1 for our group of 9 and told them that during the reservation, but when we arrived they put us in a much smaller 1+1. They later said they'd “understood incorrectly” and hadn't clearly told us about the change. The apartment was filthy, with the previous guests' rubbish still there. They took it away after I complained, but leaking waste had left the room smelling horrible. When I asked them to clean the area properly, they told me to do it myself. The extra blankets and pillows I requested were left in the elevator instead of brought to our room. They also said they didn't provide hand soap, only shampoo. The AC was unavailable because they said it was “only for summer,” and even then it barely helped. Management kept blaming customers instead of owning their mistakes, and every complaint or request got another excuse. On top of that, staff kept calling me repeatedly for payment after I explained I was out and would pay later. A terrible experience. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place.
