The Adan kebap was really good. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's in a really quiet area, though about a 10-minute drive from downtown Sinop.

We booked for four, but the room only had two pillows and one duvet. The kettle didn't work either. The restaurant upstairs felt like a bar, and the smoke made it unbearable. Breakfast was the one good thing. Apart from that, I wouldn't call this a family-friendly hotel.

The meats were cooked really well, and I liked the spicy pepper paste, haydari, and lahmacun. The mashed potatoes tasted good too, even though they arrived cold. Tea kept coming, and the staff were attentive and pleasant. The food itself was quite tasty overall. The meal could have been presented much better. The main course should have come together on one attractive plate with rice, mashed potatoes, flatbread or pita, tomatoes, and peppers, since it's the focal point of the meal. The bulgur pilaf and mashed potatoes were cold and had been topped up, which didn't seem appropriate. The seasonal salad was a small serving and hard to transfer with spoons instead of tongs. Lahmacun was a good appetizer, but the stuffed meatballs were a little tough and dry. The baked rice pudding was overcooked and watery, while the semolina halva with ice cream tasted delicious but was poorly presented. The waiters cleared our plates before we'd finished dessert, which was unpleasant. We'd hoped to have künefe and were disappointed it wasn't available. There were 13 of us, including colleagues from my company, at your iftar dinner last night. I've worked in the sector and am sharing this to help improve customer satisfaction while keeping the same ingredients and effort. Better plating would also make people want to photograph and share the dishes, and would make us more likely to come back.
