Sunrise Hotel

The evening restaurant was nice, but breakfast had a limited selection. More cheese and greens would have helped. We came to Sinop for the first time and chose Sunrise Hotel. Our room was clean, but the bathroom and toilet were dirty, some towels were stained, and the shower stall hadn't been cleaned. The small balcony door wouldn't close, so we were a little cold at night. On day two the power went out, the generator never started, and we had no hot water all day. That was really annoying. Given these conditions, the room should have cost 1000.00 TL less per night this season. We don't plan to stay here again when we visit Sinop.

We were supposed to stay at a different hotel, but got moved here two days before we arrived. I'm glad that happened. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the attention and service deserve five stars. The restaurant surprised us, it really is the best in Sinop for both food and service. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, I'd recommend going there one evening. It makes me proud of my hometown. Thank you!

For five days, our U18 team stayed here while taking part in a TBF tournament. Mr. Osman, Mr. Özcan (General Manager), Mr. Mesut (Waiter), Chef Melek, and the rest of the team were kind, welcoming, and quick to help. Thanks to all of you. The hotel’s setting is peaceful, though you’ll want a car for short trips around Sinop. The restaurant is also worth a stop for a special, tasty dinner even if you aren’t staying overnight. A good choice for a trip to the Black Sea region.

The quiet atmosphere, views, clean rooms, and location all made for a great stay. We came on May 26, 2026, planning on just one night, but the staff were so polite and helpful, especially the daytime receptionist, that we stayed for three. If we’re back in Sinop, we’ll come here again. Thanks for everything.
