The Sense Deluxe Hotel

The food was a highlight, with so much choice and everything delicious that we wanted to try it all. The hotel really felt like a gastronomic paradise. Our room was cozy and clean, and every request was handled well. The staff deserve a huge thank you, and they spoke both English and Russian, so communication was easy even though most guests were German. It was our first stay at The Sense Deluxe Hotel, from October 12, 2025, to October 23, 2025, and we left with the best impressions. There are small pools in the grounds, and the private beach with a pier is about a five-minute walk away. The staff can also take you there by golf cart. You do a wonderful job making guests’ stays unforgettable. It’s definitely worth visiting, and I highly recommend it. Hope to see you again soon.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, from reception to the restaurant and spa, with the spa team especially kind. I lost a necklace with my husband’s wedding ring in the spa and had already given up hope of getting it back. Two days later, it was returned to us. That meant a lot and showed how honest and caring the staff are. My husband and I spent a very pleasant week at The Sense De Luxe Hotel. Our room was spacious, and I loved watching the sunset from the balcony. My only disappointment was the food selection. I missed traditional dishes and their authentic taste, and the menu seemed too tailored to German guests to me.

The room fridge didn’t work, and the baby milk went bad even though we asked in person and called reception twice to have it fixed. We were there with two young children, one an infant, and it was stressful. The room was clean but small, and the toilet was open and see-through, a strange design even for couples. The duvet also had brown marks on it. After arriving around midnight in torrential rain and lightning, we were met by the rudest, most unwelcoming staff. They couldn’t find our booking even though it was right in front of them, then tried to pressure us into paying a deposit because they claimed there was an extra person. We had booked for eight and all eight had arrived. It took over an hour to sort out. We had to ask someone to take our bags to the rooms while staff just stood there staring. When my husband said we were tired and wanted the issue resolved, Numan replied, “I’m tired too.” Then, when my husband asked them to deal with it, he asked if he “wants a fight?” Completely unprofessional. Most staff didn’t speak English, so even asking for water or a towel could take more than 20 minutes. Food was okay, with something different each day, but the flavours were similar and the selection small for a five-star hotel. Staff didn’t really ask if you wanted a drink. Having stayed in five-star hotels in many countries, we know what to expect. This place didn’t come close. We’ve had much better service, food and cleanliness in four-star hotels. It felt more like three stars, and I couldn’t wait to leave. My children and I just wanted to go home. There’s a large dog that roams freely around reception, which worried me with young children playing. Cats come close to you around the restaurant and bar too, though I guess stray cats are normal in Turkey. Avoid.

The hotel and staff were great. I want to thank the slim man with glasses who doesn’t talk much but goes out of his way to serve guests. I think his name is Saeed. He always looks after the middle section, and the management should give him a raise.
