Kaya Side - All Inclusive

Rosa was a real highlight as an animator, open, chatty, and a bit crazy in the best way. The entertainment team kept adults and kids busy during the day and put on lovely evening shows. There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool and beach, the water was clean, and the bars had good service. The meals offered lots of fresh choices, with themed dinners and desserts we especially enjoyed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it spotless every day. The hotel is surrounded by lovely greenery and is modern, clean, and well cared for. From arrival on, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The warm hospitality made our stay special, and we'd gladly return.

Meals were a real plus, with fresh choices at every sitting and a nice mix of local and international food. During the day there were fun activities, followed by enjoyable evening shows, so the entertainment team helped make the trip memorable. The pool and beach were great, with clear water, plenty of sunbeds, and a good atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities, and the hotel was well maintained. The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever I needed something. Kaya Side Hotel gave me a good mix of downtime and things to do, and I’d recommend it for a holiday in Side. I’d like to return.

The entertainment and food have both been great so far, and the animation team keeps going all day right through to late at night. We’re here for 10 days and have been having a lovely time. Turkish night with the belly dancing was brilliant. It looked like everyone at the hotel was enjoying it :)

The beach setting was lovely and the surroundings were generally clean, but there weren’t enough sunbeds despite room for more. The slides were fun, though their stairs need repair and didn’t look safe. Smoking also wasn’t controlled, with people smoking anywhere even though this is meant to be a family hotel. Food was tasty and well prepared, earning 8/10 from me, although hot breakfast choices were limited and mostly eggs in different forms. Drinks were unlimited, but cocktails were hit or miss: only about half the bartenders seemed to know how to make them, while the others mixed random things. Coffee was weak in most places, with decent coffee only at the main bar. The room gets 2/10. The mattresses were worn out and made sleeping uncomfortable, and cleaning seemed to happen every other day rather than daily. The minibar was sparse, just a Coke, a Fanta, and water. Bad sleep and poor rooms brought my overall rating to 6/10 despite the food and pleasant setting. There are better options nearby.
