Nerton Hotel - All Inclusive

You have to walk about two minutes to the other hotel for meals. The food there was pretty basic and not the best, so I’d suggest ordering from Harmony instead, where it was really nice. The staff at both places were amazing. Our room was cleaned every day and had fresh towels. The staff were lovely, and greeted us with a drink and sandwich when we arrived. I enjoyed my stay and met some really nice people.

The hotel looks nice, is quiet, and sits in a good spot for shops and the beach. The rooms are basic, with small balconies. I’d suggest staying at the sister hotel Lemas instead, which had a better atmosphere and more attentive staff. I spent most of my time there because Harmony’s pool bar and restaurant felt below two-star standard. I arrived at 4am after a long flight, then cleaners came into my room at 9.45 am and woke me. There was no hot water, and I waited an hour for a lukewarm shower. The Wi-Fi was switched off whenever they felt like it. When I asked about it, I got rude body language and very little English, as though I shouldn’t be asking. Since I was travelling alone, I needed to stay connected. The customer service was very bad.

There was plenty of delicious food everywhere, and the swimming pool, outdoor bar, path to the beach and courtyard were all great. The room and bathroom were especially impressive, both really spacious. The hotel sits right by the sea, and the animation team and other staff were wonderful people we won’t forget. Maybe I’ll visit again one day.

We stayed at Harmony Side hotel Antayla in September 2019 and had an amazing time. Hasan at reception was a real asset, making us comfortable and giving excellent customer service. Every hotel needs someone like him. Thanks, Hasan, for making our holiday and stay so great. We’d definitely return.
