The animation team made us feel welcome with their warmth and enthusiasm. They kept things fun for all ages during the day, then put on professional, entertaining shows in the evening. Our holiday was unforgettable thanks to them.

The people here made a real difference. Mrs. Ela and Mr. Ismail handled every request quickly and kindly, with real attention to detail. The whole team showed the same high standard of service and personal care. I travel often and have stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this level of professionalism still exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend the place to anyone looking for comfort and thoughtful care throughout their stay.

Most of my stay was at a very high standard. Service was excellent, a five out of five for me, the reception area had a pleasant atmosphere, and security was top-notch. Once, after I’d had a bit too much to drink, a staff member kindly helped me back to my room, which I really appreciated. There was no disco, though, so evening entertainment was a bit limited. Yesterday’s balloon trip was the biggest letdown. A young photographer ruined the experience with completely unprofessional behavior. He made inappropriate comments about my appearance, and the way he acted toward young girls was disturbing. I don’t want to be too direct, but where I’m from, someone like that would quickly learn a harsh lesson. I hope the organizers take this seriously.

Mrs. Ela and Mr. Ismail at reception deserve special thanks for their outstanding service. Her warm smile, kindness and dedication make each visit pleasant. She’s always ready to help, gives clear guidance and makes sure people feel welcome and comfortable. I’d also like to recognize her manager. The team’s high standard reflects that person’s professionalism and leadership. Together, they create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued.
