I recommend this hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and convenient, and there’s even a Polonia channel on the TV. The food is varied and tasty, especially the kiwi and oranges. The staff were very helpful, and some could speak a little Polish. The pool wasn’t heated and was very cold. The small indoor pool area also has a gym, billiards, ping-pong, darts, and a bowling alley that costs extra. As is common in Turkey, the hotel caters to German guests, with a few Russians and Poles as well. Bus number 3 stops right outside and goes to Side, the Old Town, the mall in Magavat, and the bazaar. A couple of downsides: the entertainment was poor, there wasn’t much fruit like watermelon, melon, or mango, and it’s a bit of a walk to the sea. The road isn’t lit at night.

Dear Hotel Management, I especially enjoyed seeing the friendly cats around the property. They add a warm, cozy feel, and I know many guests, myself included, like having them around. Would you consider putting a small cat house on the grounds, or at least leaving out bowls of fresh water and refilling them regularly? It would be a kind gesture toward the animals who make this place feel a bit more special, and I think many visitors would appreciate it too. Thanks for considering the idea.

This was a nine-day all-inclusive nightmare. The hygiene was appalling, and we all got sick. My two-year-old son and I vomited, probably because of the food. He was sick on the ground by the outdoor bar, where people eat, drink, and walk barefoot, and nobody cleaned it up. My husband became so ill that he went to the on-site doctor, who admitted him to hospital straight away. We ended up with a €3k bill. They really rip people off medically here: they send you to a private hospital where admission alone is about €1k. They first said it would be a three-hour visit, then kept him overnight. The next morning they wanted another €1k for the stay, without telling him the costs beforehand. We involved our insurance providers to help with the upfront costs, but two weeks later a debt collector letter arrived saying the hospital had passed on the bill instead of sorting it out with our health insurance. That same day, my three-year-old daughter banged her nose and had a nosebleed. The doctor wanted to send her to hospital to rule out a broken nose and frightened me by saying it might be broken. The visit and an X-ray cost almost €800. Total scam artists. When they learned we had German health insurance, they were very keen to send us to hospital and get their thousands from us. It completely ruined our holiday. The hotel grounds were constantly dirty, I never saw anyone clean, our room was never cleaned, and the food was the same every day. I never want to eat Turkish food again or visit Turkey again. This holiday has left me completely traumatised.

We’ve just come back from seven nights with our three children, aged 3, 7, and 16. This was our fourth all-inclusive hotel, after Royal Dragon, Crystal Admiral, and Crystal Sunset. We really recommend Adayla Artside, and if they all cost the same, I’d choose it. It had a few extra touches that helped it stand out. The staff were a big part of what made the stay so good. They went out of their way to look after us. The all-inclusive food did get a bit samey, but there was always something to eat, and my daughters loved the live pasta cooking stations. We also liked the hotel shops and found the people there really friendly. The local shops were a bonus too, with hundreds of shops and bazaars just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach bar and restaurant were lovely, and we had a great day there. Room cleaning was probably the best we’ve ever had. They even folded our daughters’ blankets into different animals and shapes. I didn’t understand reviews saying the hotel was mostly German. It didn’t affect our stay, and we actually made lots of friends we’ll keep in touch with. A special thanks to Casper and Zeze from the animation team, Murat at the pool bar, Serkan at various bars, Kadir for the roller-skate drink delivery, Hakan karabuc at the sultan main restaurant, Yildiz the concierge, Romazan, Okan, and Melih at reception, and the kids club girls. They went above and beyond to make the holiday great. We’re hoping to come back this October. Thanks, ADALYA Artside. Thank you.

We booked four nights and stayed five days. I found this place online and it was much better than I expected. The pool is huge and the slides were plenty: three large ones and three small ones for kids. The food was good, and we never went hungry during the holiday. The employees were nice and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it and come back.
