Pigale Beach Resort

Pigale Beach Resort was a huge disappointment. I stayed there last year and still regret booking it. I asked about the service in 2025, and was told it hadn't changed much. It's expensive, poorly managed, and uncomfortable. Think carefully before choosing it. Although free rooms were clearly available when I arrived early in the morning, the receptionist asked for a tip before assigning me one. I reluctantly agreed and gave far more than I now think I should have. Only then did they give me a key, for the hottest room on the top floor of the tallest building. There was no shade, no breeze, and no explanation. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable start to what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. The beach itself is okay, and the sea is nice, but you have to walk a bit to reach it. There were never enough sunbeds, and many were old or broken. The beach staff were polite and kind, but it felt like management gave them no support. The sea and watermelon were the only nice things. Food was painfully average, with long lines at lunch and dinner and nothing worth queuing for. Breakfast was especially poor, with no eggs and no variety, just dull basics. Watermelon was the only decent thing, and I clung to that small comfort each day. The shower water was ALWAYS SALTY (!!!). They literally mix sea water with bleach and a little tap water, and expect you to bathe in it. I couldn't stand it and used bottled water to wash my face. After 10 days my hair was destroyed. It's shocking that a hotel can charge so much and still not provide clean, fresh water. I'm still shocked, actually. This place isn't cheap, but it feels like a budget hostel, with poor hygiene, low food standards, and shady practices at reception. It's always busy, probably because of tour groups or outdated reviews, but the quality just isn't there. Avoid it at all costs. It was mismanaged, overpriced, and uncomfortable from start to finish, with the added insult of having to tip to get a room that was already available. Pigale Beach Resort, a huge disappointment. Please spare your children and book another hotel. It is not worth the money at all.. I absolutely do not recommend it!!! ***To the Mr. Owner - çok ayıp.

The animators were upbeat and fun, and the food was decent, though it barely changed from day to day. The rest was much less pleasant: the beach water looked dirty, and the internet was unusable most of the time. Our room table was dusty when we arrived, so I cleaned it myself. Towels weren't replaced unless we asked, and the tap water was salty even in the shower and when brushing our teeth. Disgusting.

The staff were almost always friendly, though the management staff were awful. Food was okay for an all-inclusive hotel. Outside the set drink service times, you could only get plastic cups, with no proper glasses or cups. The tap water was salty, and rooms didn't have mosquito screens. They could provide one on the balcony door if you paid extra. This place is only suitable if you don't need internet.

The bathroom water was salty and the internet was terrible. There was a lot of dust on the table when we first came into the room. In the middle of the night, while we were sleeping, a child unlocked our door and came inside. During the last few days, I also had stomach problems.
