Sinope Butik Hotel

A decent hotel with great rates. Our double bedroom was 160L.

The young staff were friendly and always responded positively to our requests. We stayed on the 3rd floor, where we could see only half of the sea. The view is better higher up. Rooms are somewhat dated, and I didn't fancy showering in the bathroom, so we didn't use it. Breakfast was standard and filling. For one night, it's in a very good spot for exploring the city center.

Our family was very pleased. The sea is just a five-minute walk away, and the rooms are clean and well kept. Staff were attentive and polite.

We drove for six hours after calling ahead to confirm they accepted pets, and were told, “yes, of course you can bring them.” Then, when we arrived, they said we couldn't come in because of our pets. The employee who had told us they were allowed admitted it, but the manager said that person was new and didn't know the policy. We were there during holiday season and had no accommodation plan, yet no one offered a solution. They just told us to try nearby hotels. Since we arrived late, we had to book somewhere else much more expensive. I've never seen management this poor. A hotel should learn hospitality and keep its promises before opening. They also told us there'd be a sea view, but only the top two floors could see the sea from the roof of the Ziraat Bank. This is an ordinary boulevard hotel, and I absolutely don't recommend it.
