The beach was overcrowded because people who weren't staying at the hotel were allowed in. It took us over half an hour to find a spot, so reserving an area for hotel guests might help. Parking was also a problem on busy days. The staff did try to help, but the facilities lacked equipment. Our room had the wrong bed setup. When we asked to change it, we were told the hotel was full and nothing could be done. After we asked to push the separate beds together, they moved us to another room, which made it seem they hadn't been truthful at first. The hotel was mostly clean, but the service didn't match the price. Reception staff were extremely rude, and the hotel should retrain them or replace the crew. Breakfast was poor, and there were lots of flies in the restaurant, which wasn't hygienic.

The rooms were roomy and looked out over the Black Sea. Compared with the hotel we had originally booked, Alinn was much better.
