Helen Cave Suites

We had a fabulous six-night stay, and the breakfast was amazing. The view is magnificent, whether you’re looking out at Cappadocia’s panorama or hot-air balloons at sunrise. I think the hotel is one of the best situated in the area. Staying in a cave hotel is a unique experience, one everyone should try at least once. We highly recommend it.

The bed felt a little damp, and the room lighting could have been better, though maybe that was because we stayed in a cave room. Apart from that, we had an amazing stay at Helen Cave Suites and would highly recommend it. The location gives a clear view of the balloons, and the staff were friendly and had good recommendations. They also arranged a balloon tour for us at a decent price. A delicious Turkish breakfast was included every morning.

The hotel helped us plan our whole trip, from A to Z. You can book red or green tours, balloon rides, and horse riding through them, and we booked our red tour there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good, and I loved how it was served. The terrace view was breathtaking, though we couldn’t use the seats or get balcony photos during our stay from December 28 to January 1 because they were closed for bad weather. They stayed closed on New Year’s Eve too. We were disappointed, since the view was why I’d booked the hotel. They did open the bar area that night and served guests some free food, which was lovely. There was also a cute, friendly dog running around and making everyone happy. It made my holiday extra special. We made nice memories at Helen cave suit, and it’s an amazing place. Thank you Helen Cave suit for giving us some of the best memories of our lives. ❤️ Kamel, the manager, is an amazing person who makes others happy. We stayed four nights at Helen cave suite and enjoyed our time there. We first booked a comfort room but were disappointed by the lack of amenities, the bathroom not working properly, and dust throughout it. Since it was off-season and the hotel wasn’t full, Kamel immediately helped us move to another room when we asked for an upgrade. That room was amazing, with a tidy, nice bathroom, but we had to pay extra for it. At night, we had trouble breathing because of the insulation, so we kept the windows open and managed to sleep. We were there from December 28 to January 1.

My husband and I had a romantic stay and will definitely come back on our next visit. We had a small issue with our room, but the manager helped us move to an upgraded one. I highly recommend upgrading if you book here. The AC makes a huge difference in the heat in Goreme, and the hot tub was nice. The view is spectacular. He was extremely kind and even offered to take pictures of us on the balcony at five in the morning during sunrise. Thank you! :)
