Sultan Cave Suites

The rooms could use more attention to detail, and they feel old. The bed was okay, as was the shower. Breakfast was below average, with limited choice and middling food quality. On the plus side, the reception staff were helpful and pleasant, and the location is ideal for watching the hot air balloons take off early in the morning. The sister balloon company, « Turquaz », is one of the best in Cappadocia, and guests get a ten percent discount. Seten serves good Turkish food, though you can't book ahead or charge the meal to your room, so you have to pay there. There's no pool, but the nearby 2 sisters Hotel lets guests use one.

A highlight for me was the gorgeous door at Seten Restaurant, such a lovely photo spot. The whole property feels cozy and elegant, with charming cave-style details and a magical atmosphere. It's beautifully decorated and perfectly placed for exploring Göreme and the surrounding area, with breathtaking Cappadocia views. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet could be better in terms of service and staff willingness to help, and the AC in our room didn't work properly, so it was uncomfortable at times. Even with those issues, we had an amazing time and would recommend Sultan Cave Suites for its setting, atmosphere, and hospitality.

The view from breakfast was breathtaking, and the spread was brilliant. Seten, the Michelin restaurant, serves delicious, authentic food. The concierge handled everything smoothly, from airport pickup and drop-off to tours and balloon rides. The location, viewpoint, room size, decor, and rooftop all delivered. The staff were friendly and professional and made us feel at home. Sultan Cave Suites made an already great decision even better. It really lives up to the hype online, and was worth every penny.

The meals were a whole experience, delicious and beautifully presented, with a truly Michelin-star level feel. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and full of character, and waking up to those views felt like a dream. Every staff member was attentive, warm, and professional, and clearly cared about making our stay special. The hotel has an atmosphere all its own. I fell in love with Sultan Cave Suites, and it made our Cappadocia trip unforgettable. The hospitality, attention to detail, views, and food all felt perfect. I'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.
