Our children had a great time out in nature while we enjoyed the quiet. The care put into cleanliness was clear everywhere, from the rooms to the garden, and the owners were attentive, friendly, and sincere. Every detail seemed planned around guests’ comfort. For a peaceful getaway in Çanakkale with nature, quiet, comfort, and warm hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’ll stay our choice from now on.

The house wasn’t clean when we arrived. There were bread crumbs between the sofa cushions, the toilet and bathroom smelled unbearable, and the kitchen and its utensils were very old. Several basic appliances weren’t working: the vacuum, washing machine, television, shower faucet, and coffee maker. The kitchen sink leaked too. There was a double electric stove, but it heated very slowly, which was a major drawback with children. The whole floor was tiled, so it felt risky for children because they could slip and fall. The price seemed reasonable for the market, but the advertised facilities weren’t actually there, and it wasn’t worth what we paid. We couldn’t stand the dirt any longer and left a day early. We told the owner about all the problems but got no support. These issues should’ve been found and fixed before guests arrived, yet people were accepted without any checks. Our family holiday was ruined, and we were completely dissatisfied with the property and service.

We had a really peaceful week in a lovely town with beautiful weather. The host was very kind and understanding. The house has a garden, and there’s a safe, nearby park where children can play. The sea was cold, but clean and refreshing. I’d recommend this place to anyone planning a holiday in Dalyan.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days here and had a wonderful holiday. It’s in a quiet area, an easy walk from the sea, with a great location and nature all around for quality time. The villa is easy to reach, and there’s space to barbecue outside or picnic in the garden.
