Andac Otel

For the price, this was just an average hotel. Breakfast was neither appealing nor tasty. I'd rather stay at a government guesthouse and eat out. It should cost 2000 a night, not 5500.

We booked thinking reviews are subjective and even good hotels get some bad ones. But I've never stayed somewhere this poor. The room hadn't been cleaned well, the bathroom was filthy, there was dust all over the bed, and there were jelly beans underneath it. We arrived at night and didn't want to inspect everything closely because it would have made us sick and kept us awake. In the morning we avoided looking too closely again so we wouldn't ruin the holiday. I'm not even getting into breakfast. From what I heard, they made a breakfast plate because it wasn't busy, so apparently we were the only guests there. :) I've included photos of the tea they served so you can judge it yourself. It's unfortunate when hotels in a place like Sinop are taken over by boutique hotels.

The peaceful atmosphere and clean rooms at Andaç Hotel made for a lovely stay in Sinop. Mr. Ümit and Ms. Burçin were attentive, friendly, and always smiling, and I felt right at home. Thanks so much to them for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend it. 🌿

I'm writing this from the breakfast table, where I couldn't find anything decent to eat. We had to book the place at midnight, but even basic hygiene and quality were missing. Honestly, I'd rather sleep in the car than stay here, and I regret spending money on such poor service. The towels that looked clean were covered in hair and lint. The so-called bedspread on the double bed was tiny, had unfinished edges, and looked like someone had cut a larger cover in half. It was covered in yellow, red, and other colored stains. Everything in the bathroom, from the bin to the fixtures, was rusty. The sink tap kept coming loose in my hand when I tried to turn it on. Breakfast was awful, with no variety and no hygiene. I could write much more, but it's not worth the effort. If you care about yourself and your family, stay away. The photos and videos speak for themselves, and there was more I couldn't bring myself to film.
