Our daughter had a great time at the Kids Club and playground, and there was plenty of entertainment and activities for adults too. Melisa from the animation team was especially kind and made our daughter's holiday. The staff in general were lovely and professional, from the bar team and restaurant servers to the helpful restaurant manager. We also had a hammam and full-body massage at the spa. It was amazing, and our daughter enjoyed it so much she already wants to go again. We stayed in a quiet Junior Suite with a pool view. It was spacious for our family and had a huge, comfortable bed. Our cleaning lady was always smiling and sympathetic, and kept the room spotless each day. Check-in was quick, and the reception manager, the lady there, was very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. We liked the food at the main restaurant and Hedera buffet, had a great lunch at Daphne à la carte, and enjoyed several of the other à la carte dinners. The Baklava and other Turkish dishes were particular favourites. The bars were good too. Fresh orange juice at all the bars would be a nice addition, as it was only available at the main restaurant. The pools were clean and easy to get to, and the hotel is right on a lovely beach. Belek city centre is a five-minute drive away, and Land of the Legends is about ten minutes away. We highly recommend visiting. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The evenings were a real highlight, thanks to the event manager and team. They were professional and talented artists who made each one special. I also want to thank the manager, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. I believe she was from Russia, and she kindly helped us add another three nights to our vacation because we were enjoying it so much. We felt comfortable from the first day to the last. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We left with lovely memories and will definitely come back. I don't often write reviews, but other people's experiences helped me choose this hotel, so I wanted to share how much we enjoyed it.

The hotel is beautiful, with great pools and lots to do. The food was decent overall, but Thai pen was the highlight. You need a reservation there, and both the meal and service were brilliant. Service in the main restaurant was more mediocre. A few times, coffee or tea was accidentally spilled on us, so the staff should be more careful. Some staff were also pretty rude, and I felt they treated Turkish guests much better than others. Everyone should be treated fairly regardless of nationality.

The biggest downside was getting ill and spending a day in hospital. I felt both the hotel's medical care and the hospital care could have been better. They seemed more concerned with forms and money than with caring for an unwell patient. As a UK health professional, I know what standards should be like, and the experience has made me question whether I'd return to Turkey if one of us got ill again. Apart from that, we had a good holiday. We were there for our honeymoon from 15th Sep to 21st September, and the private taxi from the airport took 45 minutes. Our swim-up room was spacious, the maids came every day and provided good room service, and the minibar was replenished daily. The pools were spotless, with lifeguards on duty at certain points of the day. We were disappointed by the main buffet, where there was a lot of fish and the food was lukewarm or cold. The Italian and Chinese à la carte restaurants were amazing, with great food and service, and we also liked the lunchtime restaurant where food is served to you. Octoberfest was on while we were there and was a good experience.
